Exchanges & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. We will either resend the order or offer a refund.

The product must be returned in its original condition and unused. Please include the packing slip with your return shipment. If you wish to replace or exchange the item, please place a new order through our website. Shipments to Magic Moments by Lynn are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping when returning items. The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping.

All orders are shipped with Post NL. We strive to ensure your order arrives intact. Contact us at info@magicmomentsbylynn.nl if your order arrives damaged, attaching a photo of your damaged product(s).

REFUND

Within 14 days of receiving the return, we will initiate the 'refund' procedure. Once we have processed the return items, you will receive an email confirmation. We will refund the purchase amount to the account used for your payment method.
